weekend will only prolong this in-
jury and it would then be longer
for us to come back where we
want to be."
Villopoto talked a little bit
about the crash that sidelined
him. "It was a rookie mistake,"
he admitted. "I was behind Tony
[Cairoli] most of the race; I was
close to him and then Clement
[Desalle] came. When I landed
at this jump before the pit lane,
I did exactly the same as the
other laps; it happened really
quickly, I wish it didn't but that's
the way it goes."
The weekend's racing got
started with the single qualifying
moto and it was here that Paulin
pretty much announced that he
was going to be the rider to beat
after dominating the race.
He came back for Sunday's
GP and pretty much did the
same thing. The Honda rider had
to make a few passes early in
both motos before running away
with the double victory. It was
Paulin's first overall win of the
2015 season and the first on his
new Honda team.
