Racing Team's Ivan Ramirez
closed the points gap to Ricky
Brabec considerably by getting
a wire-to-wire win at the 40th
anniversary of Dirt Inc's Rabbit
Creek 100, round three of the
Kenda/SRT AMA Hare & Hound
National Championship Series.
Through the first three rounds,
Ramirez has steadily improved,
carding 3-2-1 finishes for 76
points, unofficially. Reigning
series champ Brabec's record is
now 2-1-2 for 80 points, unof-
ficially. Going into the race, Bra-
bec led by nine points, 55-46.
Idaho native David Kamo
rounded out the top three,
his best result since a pair of
runner-up finishes in 2013.
For the second round in a
row, Ramirez got a great start
aboard his Dunlop/Motorex/
Red Bull-backed 450 XC-F with
Purvines Racing Beta's Nick
Burson following him past the
