So yes, World Superbike may
be a new experience for Pe-
gram, but team management is
not. The former dirt tracker has
been running his own team in
the states for many years in AMA
Superbike.
"I have run my own team for
over 10 years now and the big-
gest thing I have figured out,
apart from the riding side, is
getting a good group of people,"
he said. "I am used to working
well in the new Championship.
"Dorna has been really great
helping us," he said. "The recep-
tion we have got from Dorna,
from everybody, all the other
teams and riders in the paddock,
was positive. Everybody wanted
to be able to root for us before
and now they can. Last year we
were the little company, the un-
derdog and people wanted us to
do well, but last year they could

in small groups and performing

It won't work, you have got to
have everybody together."
Having that solid team that's
also up for the challenge has
Pegram confident that the new-
ness of everything is not going
to be a big issue.
"It is new for most of the
mechanics and new for me," he
said. "Obviously, we are going
to make some mistakes just in
that genre, but Nick has been
in the series and obviously Jon
Cornwell has been around the
World Superbike series a few
years in the past. My guys are
really keen, so I am not too
worried about that."
In addition to that, Pegram
