"This is the rockiest that Primm's
ever been, and maybe not flat-
out the roughest, but there was
just something about it that was
really tough today. Maybe it was
the square edges that came up.
It definitely suited me; I just kind
of like the faster and higher-
speed courses and hopefully we
can keep this momentum going
into Canyon (Motocross) and
that track will definitely be tighter
and rockier, so hopefully I'll like
that course, too."
With two straight wins, Bell is
off to the best possible start in
the season, and he is looking to
regain the number-one plate.
"This year, the biggest thing for
me was coming into the season
healthy, and I've started off with
two wins," Bell said. "It's allowed
me to ride more to my potential,
and it's been really fun so far.
Hopefully I can keep that momen-
tum as well with the win streak."
KTM's Gary Sutherlin had to
work his way past several racers
before he moved into the sec-
ond spot at the midway point of
the race, but he was never able
to reel in Bell to challenge him
for the lead. In a twist of style at
round two, Pro Motorcycles and
Pro ATV racers started together,
but they raced partially on their
own courses before merging
back together for the last few
miles as they headed into scor-
