IN THE WIND P24 HUSQVARNA INTRODUCES OFF-ROAD TEAM H usqvarna is set to go off- road racing in 2015 with a new roster and the support of a new title sponsor—Rockstar En- ergy Drink. The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Team has signed on new rider Josh Strang and returning riders Mike Brown and 2014 Champions An- drew DeLong and Jacob Argu- bright. "We are really excited to expand our race efforts with Husqvarna," said Rockstar En- ergy Drink Marketing Director, Mike Kelso. "We are proud to be a part of the rebirth of such a leg- endary brand." "Bringing on Rockstar Energy as a title sponsor is a really im- portant step in our alliance as we take on off-road racing at the most reputable stages," said Husqvarna Motorcycles North American President, Jon-Erik Burleson. Strang will be competing in the 2015 GNCC Series aboard a Husqvarna FC 450 in the XC1 Pro class, and he will also race the National Enduro Series aboard an FC 350. Enduro Champion DeLong will return to defend his number-one plate, as well as compete in the GNCC XC1 Pro ranks. DeLong will, once again, pilot a Husqvarna FC 350 in both championships. "I'm really excited for the 2015 season and defending my num- ber one plate in the National En- duro Series," DeLong comment- ed. "I'm also excited to try to put my Husqvarna FC 350 up on the GNCC podium at every race." Brown will again take on the GEICO AMA EnduroCross Cham- pionship aboard an FC 350, and will race select races around the globe aboard an FC 450. Argubright will defend his AMA West National Hare Scrambles ti- tle and will also contend the AMA National Hare & Hound Champi- onship. The four-man Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Off- Road Team will be racing along- side additional Husqvarna fac- tory support riders and Rockstar athletes, Colton Haaker (Enduro- Cross) and Ryan Sipes (GNCC in the XC1 class). Josh Strang, Mike Brown, Andrew DeLong and Jacob Argubright will make up the new Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Off-Road Team in 2015.
