jumped over. The track de-
signers claimed that it was not
intended to be jumped. And
there have been a few other
risky jumps this past season
which has led to controversy,
some saying that these kind
of jumps should be left for Ar-
enacross and Supercross, not
EnduroCross. What are your
thoughts?
A couple of years ago no one
would have been able to make
that [water-hole jump at Ontario];
that's how far some of the riders
have come. The bikes are getting
a lot better, too. I think it's good
and bad for the sport. I don't pre-
fer it, but I think it's great for the
fans and for those guys that want
to huck it; they were making time
on everyone else. Either I need
to learn how to do it, or figure out
how to make up ground some-
