needed to be safe and easy to
operate.
"The important point, I think, is
to arrive with software that meets
the objectives of; firstly, having a
performance level that is, should
I say, more common amongst all
the participants is the goal," Jar-
vis said. "But also it needs to be
something that's easy to operate.
"Because right now we could
give to many teams our software,
but the people in those teams
would be totally lost, because
the amount of parameters, the
amount of changes you can do
are too much. So I think it needs
to be easy to operate for ev-
erybody, and the other thing is
safety. One of the things that our
company I know is very, very hot
on with development of software
is that we insist on everything
being fail-safe. It's very impor-
tant that it needs to be tested
thoroughly. It's better to have a
software that's a little bit less per-
formance, but is safe and easy to
operate."
