pic conditions and an
emotionally charged atmo-
sphere highlighted the final
round of the Kenda AMA National
Enduro Series in Upland, Indi-
ana, as Andrew DeLong clinched
the 2014 series title with a third-
place finish at the Muddobbers
National Enduro.
DeLong's championship win
was the culmination of a series
of highs and lows throughout
the season, as the Factory Rac-
ing Husqvarna rider got off to a
slow start to the season when
the team received their bikes just
days before the start of the sea-
son, leaving them with not much
time for testing and preparation.
In the end, DeLong and team
managed to get a handle on
things and took their first win of
the season at round six of the se-

Briefly...
Craig DeLong, younger brother of
Andrew DeLong, won the Rekluse
Expert-AA championship and the
$1000 first place prize that went with
it. The Husqvarna support rider won
seven of the nine races he entered in
2014, and finished 79-points ahead
of Drew Higgins in the final stand-
ings.
Another racer returning to racing
that missed time to recoup from inju-
ry was Cory Buttrick. The Beta USA
rider finished the Muddobbers race
in seventh overall on his Beta USA-
backed 300RR.
