n its easternmost stop of
the 2014 circuit, the GEI-
CO AMA EnduroCross
Championship brought
riders to the red dirt of At-
lanta, Georgia for round
four of the series. They
gave fans at the Gwinnett
Center Arena a thrill, as
they were witness to yet
another knockdown drag-
out between defending
champion Taddy Blazusiak
and American Beta's Cody
Webb. The duo traded
the lead, traded paint and
ultimately traded the red
plate—signifying the points
leader in the champion-
ship—yet again.
Although Webb rode an
amazing main event, he
was less than pleased to
card a second-place fin-
ish behind Blazusiak, es-
pecially after watching his
12-second lead unravel in
the main event.
"It's tough to be content
when you have a big lead
and just—friggin' every lap
I felt like I was catching
lappers in that rock turn,"
Webb said. "I felt good,
was riding awesome and
little past the halfway point
I just got caught with all
kinds of lappers and got
hung up and panicked.
From there, I pumped up
and I didn't even want to
do the log jump because
I was afraid of blowing my
hands [off the bar] on the
landing. It was definitely a
