big crashes that could've easily
ended his day. Davis started the
year in the XC1 Pro class before
moving to the KR4 Performance
team and down to the XC2 Pro
Lites class just three races ago
and has been a strong contend-
er ever since. Davis secured a
career-best finish in the XC2 Pro
Lites class, as well as his best
overall finish at the John Penton
GNCC.

the John Penton GNCC holding
onto a six-point lead in the class
over Baylor, but that lead was put
into jeopardy early as he came
through the first lap in 11th place.
