WORLD SUPERBIKE CHAMPIONSHIP VOL. 51 ISSUE 19 MAY 13, 2014 P37 This year he has been un- commonly quick in making up ground, to the point that he leads the championship for the very first time in his full-time Honda World Superbike career (since 2009). The Imola organizers and Dorna put some effort into the Imola weekend and there was a genuine party atmo- sphere on Saturday afternoon, with a band playing most of the day on the Alpha Romeo stand.
