Barcia came out on top of a
three-way battle for fourth place,
beating out Red Bull KTM team-
mates Ken Roczen and Ryan
Dungey. All three riders suffered
poor starts and were sitting 10th
(Dungey), 11th (Barcia) and 12th
(Roczen) at the end of lap one.
Dungey moved up quickly
in the beginning, pulling away
from Barcia and Roczen during
the first half of the race, but on
lap 10, Dungey tipped over on a
slippery part of the track, which
allowed Barcia and Roczen to
catch up to him. This resulted in
a second battle that would carry
them to the fourth, fifth and sixth
spots at the end of the race with
