MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS SERIES
ROUND 14/RELIANT STADIUM
HOUSTON, TEXAS/APRIL 5, 2014

Cole Seely didn't have the race
he was looking for in Houston.
After winning his heat over Ander-
son, Seely got off the gate slowly
and ended the first lap in seventh
and received some damage to
his bike while dicing with other
riders in the early laps.
"I had a little incident with a rid-
er on the first lap and through the
race my rear brake was fading
and fluid was leaking out," Seely
said. "By the end of the race, the
brake was gone. It adds a little
diversity to our series, so we'll
see. It could happen to him any-
time, too. It's a tight race for sure
and we've swapped the red plate
back and forth, so I'm sure this
will go down to the end at Vegas."
Anderson now has an 11-point
lead over Seely with two events
remaining, Seattle and Las Vegas.
Wilson is 25 points back in third
while Hill, who finished ninth in
Houston after crashing while run-
ning third, is fourth in points. CN
