MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS SERIES VOL. 51 ISSUE 9 MARCH 4, 2014 P49 son described it from his point of view. "[James] Stewart fell on [Josh- ua] Hill and Hill fell on me at the start," Wilson explained. "I was just stuck there. There was no- where I could go, so I was in the first-turn pileup and then got going again. I think I was in ninth and made a few mistakes and just tightened up a bit and got 10th. Nothing awesome, but definitely something to build on." Wilson only had a handful of practice rides on the 450 before Indy, leading him to speculate, "I'm sure the more I ride on it the better I'll be. I'm kind of getting thrown into the deep end with those guys. I just need to get more riding time and I think I'll be good." Wilson went on to say he wasn't sure if he was going to fin- ish out the East races on Reed's squad. He said he was going to put in at least a few more rides before making that decision. CIANCIARULO CRASHES, STILL WINS Adam Cianciarulo admittedly had a little luck go his way in Indy en route to his second win in three races in the 250 East Series. It was Cianciarulo's Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki teammate Martin Davalos who seemed to have the ultimate speed in Indy, but six laps into the race he spun up his rear tire on a small section of the track where the dirt had worn down to the floor. It got Davalos sideways and he nailed a Tuff Block. A lap after taking the lead he too tipped over in a corner but was back up and on his bike so quick- Cole Seely grabbed his first 450 podium while filling in for the Muscle Milk Honda Team.
