or someone who doesn't like
Anaheim's hard-packed and
slick tracks, Chad Reed al-
ways seems to do pretty well at
the Big A. At the first of three
Anaheim rounds, Reed surprised
many by finishing out the night on
the podium. Then he pulled off
a victory in Anaheim II. At Ana-
heim III, Reed went out and did it
again, matching Jeremy McGrath
and James Stewart for the most
wins at Angel Stadium with eight.
So if he doesn't like Anaheim but
can still win here, just wait until
he gets to tracks he does like -
like next week's stop in San Di-
ego and pretty much all of the
east rounds of the series that are
also just around the corner. His
competition might just be getting
a tad nervous about now.
Reed's win at Anaheim III was
even more impressive than his
previous victory just two weeks
THE REAL DEAL
Chad Reed proves that his A2 win
was no fluke. He is for real.
