ousins David and Tuffy Pearson kicked off the New Year in
the best way possible, teaming up to win the THR Motorsports Parker 250, round one of five in Best in the Desert's
American Off-road Racing Series.
But it wasn't a cakewalk by any means.
For the first half of the race, the Pearsons - who'd drawn the
first starting position - found themselves being stalked by the other THR Motorsports/Monster Energy/Precision Concepts Kawasaki team comprised of defending series champ Robby Bell and
Ricky Brabec who were second off the line at 7:31 A.M. MST.
They and the others faced three laps of a 79-mile-long course
