The weekend was
capped off with
the pros taking
to the course.
Charlie Mullins
came away with
the win.
Briefly...
In addition to several national
championship series, such as the
AMA National Enduro Series, AMA
EnduroCross Series, and East and
West National Hare Scrambles Series, a rider can also qualify for the
Big Sky XC National Championship by finishing in the top 10 of the
AMA Kenda Tennessee Knockout,
the AMA Last Dog Standing, or the
AMA Idaho City ISDE qualifier.
The Pro race is a three-hour race
on the most difficult course on
the mountain, however, the amateur classes run on an easier trail
and for shorter distances. The C
classes and the Junior and Senior
divisions race for 90 minutes, while
the Mini Junior riders race for 50
minutes and the 50cc classes race
for 35 minutes.
