QUARTARARO ACCEPTS

Fabio Quartararo has accepted
that his behavior at the Aragon GP
was unacceptable after an intense
"business meeting" with Yamaha
management. The Frenchman did
little to hide his disgust at finishing
last in Aragon. He said he had no
new parts to try, even if Yamaha had
provided a new chassis and link-
age. He was also outspoken about
his lack of desire to help the factory
with its 2027 850 bike. "I think with
frustration we said things that were
maybe not right," he conceded at
Misano. "We got a meeting last week
together, and everything was sorted
out, and everything is pretty normal.
You never get used to having some
difficult moments. Of course, the
frustration is always there when you
are not achieving what you want.
Sometimes, maybe I take care too
[much], and I just need to say the
good words at the right moment."
