Q1 times. In race one, J&P Cycles/ Motul/Vance & Hines rider Troy Herfoss grabbed the early lead, but he could not shake the chasing Harley-Davidson x Dyno - jet Factory Racing Road Glide of Bradley Smith. The Englishman rocketed past the Australian, building a three-second lead. Behind the breakaway leader, a trio of riders battled for the remaining podium spots in the final five laps. Herfoss settled into second, ahead of Tyler O'Hara, who was charg - ing aboard his SDI Racing Indian Challenger. Points leader Hayden Gillim rounded out the group until the final lap, when defending class champion Wyman closed a two-second deficit to join the four-way po - dium brawl. Smith secured a dominant maiden Mission King of the Bag - gers victory by more than four seconds. On the final lap at the Corkscrew, O'Hara attempted a diving inside pass on Herfoss for second. O'Hara ran wide at the exit, cutting over the inside downhill berm and dropping to fourth. The error shuffled J&P Cycles/Motul/Vance & Hines Factory Indian teammates Her - foss and Gillim into second and third, respectively. In race two, Wyman and Smith launched into first and second. Herfoss held third ahead of Gillim. By lap two, the lead quartet distanced them - selves from Big Diehl x Harley- Davidson Factory Racing's James Rispoli in fifth. On lap three, Gillim low-sided in turn two and was out. Over the final five laps, the Harley-Da - vidson teammates dropped the third-place Herfoss. The order held to the stripe as Wyman secured his first Baggers feature win of the season over team - mate Smith, while Herfoss rounded out the podium. "It's so gratifying to be able to put that race together, to put those nine laps together," Wyman said after race two. "It just feels so good when you can execute a plan that you have in your head. I don't think I put a wheel wrong." Gillim continues to lead the championship 13 points over Herfoss and 20 points over Smith. Wyman is fourth, 43 points adrift. VOLUME 63 ISSUE 28 JULY 14, 2026 P83 Kyle Wyman (1) leads Bradley Smith (38) in the King of the Baggers class. They both came away with victories.
