ROUND 5 / JULY 4, 2026 REDBUD MX / BUCHANAN, MICHIGAN P74 HAMMAKER, TEMMERMAN SIDELINED Seth Hammaker and Enzo Tem- merman were sidelined after both riders suffered separate crashes during round four at High Point, re- sulting in injuries: Hammaker with a shoulder injury and Temmerman with a concussion. After leading the points early in the season, Ham- maker will now miss the remainder of the year, while Temmerman was out for just this round. CAIROLI'S BACK! Nine-time MXGP World Champion Antonio Cairoli entered his first of three Pro Motocross rounds this weekend at RedBud. The 40-year- old Italian rider crashed early in moto one and finished just outside the top 10 in moto two, taking 12th overall. At one point in the second moto, all three Ducati riders ran together in ninth, 10th, and 11th. "Overall, the day was okay. My goal coming into this weekend was to finish inside the top 10, so we weren't far from that," said Cairoli. "In moto one, I had a small crash that cost me time and energy, but I came back from 19th to 12th. This track was very physical for me, and I burned myself out a little head- ing into moto two. This week we'll continue to focus on fitness and see if we can be even stronger next weekend." Briefly... MOTOCROSS I AMA PRO MOTOCROSS / SUPERMOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP At one point in the second moto, Prado led by nearly 10 seconds, but it wasn't enough to keep Hunter from winning.
