Prado matched his season- best result with a second-place finish, splitting the two Law- rences. The Red Bull KTM rider notched a pair of holeshot wins and led laps in both motos. It's the best Prado's looked all sea- son as he controlled most of the second moto and seemed to be en route to his first moto win in the U.S. However, after leading 12 of the 16 laps, he eventually surrendered the spot after blow - ing a lead of nearly 10 seconds. His 3-2 scorecard matched Jett's 1-5 in event points, but he won the tiebreaker thanks to his better finish in the second moto. Second overall marked his second career podium in Pro MX and equaled his career-best from the opening round at Fox Raceway. "We used the week off to make some improvements on the bike, and in the second moto I felt way more like myself," Prado said. "We led laps, we got the holeshot, and I'm happy with the steps we've made. We're coming." Jett Lawrence rounded out the podium after finishing third overall. "I think that we showed some more potential. I had mediocre starts today, so we will try to better those. My pace was good, and I had two solid sevenths.
