thing right that moto. What a ride, but yeah, that one sucks." Clearly unhappy after the race, Lawrence came back swinging in race two and hunted down Jorge Prado to steal the win in the closing laps. A state - ment victory in the second moto gave him a 2-1 score on the day and proved enough for his first- ever second-consecutive overall win in the 450MX class. "[This win] is so good," Law - rence said. "It's America's 250th birthday, and we're so grateful for the opportunity we have here. We're living the American dream and couldn't have this life anywhere else in the world. What a day." 450MX Hunter Lawrence is the man to beat at the moment. I'm looking forward to regrouping, trying a few more things, and heading to Southwick." 82 CADEN DUDNEY 6TH (2-12) 250MX Caden Dudney nearly won the first moto of the day but finished a close second to his teammate, Davies. A 12th in race two put him just outside the top five overall. "I take back what I said about High Point being my favorite race," Dudney said after the first moto. "RedBud is my new favorite track for sure. The fans were amazing, especially on the podium. I couldn't help but have the biggest smile walking off the podium while listening to the fans chant 'USA' as loud as possible. The track was pretty rough and challeng- ing, but I enjoyed it. Getting the holeshot at RedBud is such a cool feeling. It felt good to lead some laps and put on a MYOWNRACE Hunter Lawrence celebrates winning his second 450MX Championship race in a row.
