held its fifth AMA East GP Region-

Creek Motocross Park in Mary-

challenging course that combined
the full motocross track, featur-

dirt, with a long, freshly cut woods
section, creating a true test of
speed, endurance and technical
skill. And the rider who passed
the test with the highest score
was Ricky Russell.
Russell put on a dominant
performance in the Pro AA class,
sweeping both motos with a 1-1
finish and leaving the competi

throughout the moto, ultimately
holding second by just four-
tenths of a second. Josh Toth

In moto two, Russell once
again launched himself into
the lead early and settled into a
strong pace. By finding the best
lines and staying consistent,
Russell extended his advantage
to finish the moto with an im

pressive 52-second lead.
Medaglia claimed second,
finishing nine seconds ahead
of Toth, who kept pushing for
another podium finish. Fustini
crossed the line fourth, continu
