"It's been a perfect weekend, even better than
we could have expected," Bou said after Sunday's
win. "I had a great feeling on the bike, and today
we were able to cap it off with a one-point lap and
a clean one, without any mistakes. I'm very happy,
and I want to thank the team for their hard work,
which has been very important for me. We've
started the season in an incredible way."
"Both yesterday and today I felt good from the
start of the event; although I made a few mis
-
takes, we were able to react and maintain a high
level," Marcelli said. "I finished second in both
laps and second overall for the day, so the result
is almost unbeatable."
After two rounds, Bou leads the championship
over Marcelli, 160-124. Busto is third with 110
points.
