COCHRAN RETURNS
Casey Cochran returned to action
for his first 250SX race of the year.
The Husqvarna rider later fell in
the main event on his previously
injured collarbone and was forced
to retire. "The heat race and
qualifying were decent in Detroit,
for not having had too much time
on the bike," said Cochran. "Then,

event and landed on my injured
collarbone. We weren't able to
finish the race, but we'll get it
checked out—hopefully everything
is all good—and we'll be back."

both crashes were serious and
forced Plessinger to finish poorly.
AP dropped to 12th in the 450SX
points with a season-best finish of
sixth at Daytona.
