main,
Clark
gated well and linish€d the llrst lap in seventh. From that point, he rode a con-
sistent
race and took advantage ofa fading Kevin Windham as the laps wound down to lin-
ish seventh.
"The
main event went good," he said.
"l
had a real bad
pick
on the
tate,
but
for some reason, nobody took the inside
gate,
so I took it. I came out of the
tate
stront,
and it was a little chaotac in the first turn, the way they had it, but I staned inside the top l0
and I

rode my own ra.e. Windham went by me, and I know he was a litlle bit

but it helped me, because I was able .o run some of his lines. Then, once he kind of moved
over and let me back by. I had a clear track ahead of me. I was happy I was able
