Happenings in Motorcgcling Free Kawasaki For Eood fause Lifetime AMA District 36 memberJim Peacock was the lucky winner of a seriously tri.ked out Kawasaki KX250F motorcycle after his name was drawn in a raffle. The raffle was created to help fund the Blue Ribbon Coalition and their efforts to fight for motorcyclists' right to ride off- road. The Blue Ribbon Coalition is at the forefront of land-use issues and these donations give the organization the power they need to rep.e- sent motorcyclists in future legislation. Thousands of tickets were sold at events throughout 2005, with Peacock's name pulled out ofthe hat at the annual awards banquet held in late.lanuary The bike, valued at over $10,000, was loaded with aftermarket accessories.
