A YEAR TO FORGET
Jorge Martin's MotoGP
Championship defense was
nothing less than an unmitigated
disaster. Three massive crashes,
all of them injurious, and a war
of words over the lettering of his
Aprilia contract made for a wholly
unsatisfying year. His best result
was a fourth in Hungary as the
curse of the number one plate
bit and bit hard. We all hope he'll
have a better run at it in 2026.
