Ducati has won the MotoGP
Constructor's title for the sixth
straight year. In an achievement
that surprised absolutely no one,
the brand that has won 14 of the
year's 15 races, as well as every
single Sprint, sealed the prize
after Marc Marquez's Saturday
victory. Asked what was the key
moment behind Marc Marquez's
recent run, General Manager
of Ducati Corse Gigi Dall'Igna
pointed to the Aragon test,
where a number of tweaks to the
Catalan's setting helped him go
on a rampant seven-race winning
run. "During the Aragon test, we
changed a little bit his setup, the
setup of the bike, and now he's
really confident with the bike,
really happy with the bike," said
Dall'Igna. "We use a similar or
the same setup for all the events
starting from Aragon to here.
For sure we have to reconfirm
the modification that we did in
Aragon, but he's happy and he's
confident, like you can see."
APRILIA LOST
ITS EDGE
Considering the recent form
of Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge
Martin, many were expecting
Aprilia to perform well in Barce-
lona, a circuit where it enjoyed its
first-ever one-two finish in 2023.
Yet both factory riders were far
from the fastest all weekend long.
"It was difficult to understand
how the bike would perform here
because it's completely different
to the one from last year," Martin
said. "We improved in all the
areas in a normal situation, on
a track with good grip. But here
