Monday and Tuesday were mixed on that front, as he left the Jackpine Gypsies Short Track with 7-8 results. He said, "We started off way out in left field. We were strug- gling big time all day. We kind of threw a Hail Mary at it before the heat race, throwing all-new suspension on it. And it stuck for the most part. In the main event, I got jammed up behind [Bradon] Pfanders for a little bit, and then as the race went on, I got rolled around the outside by [Trevor] Brunner. So, I went to the outside. It took me a few laps to figure it out, but once I did, we started clicking off laps. We just ran out of time." MYOWNRACE 79 DALTON GAUTHIER 10TH (12-10-8)/7TH SINGLES/3RD/7TH ADVENTURETRACKERS It was a busy weekend for Dalton Gauthier, who juggled AFT Singles duty on the Parts Bros Worldwide/ D&D Cycles KTM with an officially (Above) Briar Bauman, winner of Monday night's Triple Challenge format (3), and Dallas Daniels (32) provided much of the entertainment at Sturgis, especially during the second Short Track main event on Tuesday night when the two heavy-hitters tangled. Winner Brandon Robinson was the beneficiary of the Bauman/Daniels get- together Tuesday night.
