Isle of Man TT Ends With Canceled Senior TT

he 2025 Isle of Man TT
concluded with the blue-rib-
bon event, the Senior TT, being
canceled for only the second
time since 1907 due to adverse
weather conditions.
Rain and wind wreaked
havoc with the practice and race
schedule in 2025, forcing re
-
peated delays and cancellations
of sessions as race organizers
struggled to fit the full program
of competition in.
Racing was scheduled to start
on Saturday, May 31, but due to
the delays throughout the week,
it all went green on Monday,
June 2, with a shortened four-
lap Superbike TT won by Davey
Todd (8Ten Racing BMW) by a
scant 1.29 seconds from Mi
-
chael Dunlop (MD Racing BMW)
with Dean Harrison (Honda Rac-
ing) completing the podium.
Dunlop made amends later
in the day by taking the opening
Supersport race on the Milwau-
kee Ducati—his seventh win for
a different manufacturer in his
TT career—as he overhauled
longtime leader Harrison, with
James Hillier (Bournemouth Ka-
wasaki) taking his first podium
since 2019 in third.
The opening Sidecar TT was
dominated by brothers Ryan and
