ROUND 13 / APRIL 12, 2025
LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD / PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA.
SUPERCROSS I MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS / SUPERMOTOCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
P84
Malcolm Stewart finished
fourth after losing the tow of the
leaders.
"The main event wasn't great
but also wasn't bad," Stewart
said. "It was one of those ones
a quick dab down with my foot."
Despite the injuries, Roczen
laid down a series of fast laps
and looked to be a contender for
the first half of the main event.
After leading the 13 laps to start
the race, Sexton made his move
and passed Roczen for the lead.
With fatigue setting in, the Su
-
zuki rider faded back to third but
held it
together on the technical
track. Another third place keeps
him in podium territory as he
holds third in the championship,
36 ahead of Malcolm Stewart.
"I'm a little bit in no man's
land [in points] right now, which
I'm fine with," Roczen said. "I
could use a little bit of help, but I
just did my thing like I have been
the last few weeks."
