the Peoria TT for the seventh consecutive time... John Dowd won the
250cc MX National at Spring Creek after trading moto victories with
Mike LaRocco. Steve Lamson topped the 125cc class with a 3-1...
American Bobby Moore swept both 125cc motos at the German Grand
Prix... We had full race coverage of the Suzuka 8 Hours won by Doug
Polen and Aaron Slight on
the Honda RC45... We tested
the latest Kawasaki KDX200
oš-roader.
Our 2005 Honda CRF250R and Kawasaki KX125 test bikes
were pictured in action on the cover 20 years ago... Chris Carr
won the Farley Half-Mile in Iowa... Yamaha-mounted Antonio
Cairoli won the MX2 (125cc) class at Namur... We featured our
roundtable conversations with AMA Pro Racing about the
AMA Superbike Series... It was Ponca City week in Oklahoma,
where Ryan Villopoto won 10 out of 11 motos at the GNC MX
Championships. Other big winners included Suzuki riders Nico
Izzi and Eli Tomac.
