Pedro Acosta signed an exten-
sion with KTM, which will see him
move up to the factory team in
2025 and '26. "There's no reason
not to be happy about coming in
a factory team," he said. "It's true
that even now I have a factory
bike, I have factory guys, I have
factory crew. It's true that there's
no reason to go away from this
team, but there's also no reason
not to go up to the factory team
for this. I'm super happy to take
this decision, and after the deci-
sion one year ago, that KTM was

Events in the Sprint race served
to heighten tensions between
riders and MotoGP Stewards.
Fabio Quartararo was incensed
by inconsistencies, as Miguel
Oliveira wasn't penalized for
taking him out on the first lap.
"For five years, they make us file,
like, 'What do you think about
this incident? Is this a penalty or
not?' [They] say 'Thank you, it
was really helpful.' But in the end,
I went out more confused than
when I came! But it's not bad, but,
you know, it looks like I'm talking
to someone who has never been
