turned to the California coast-
line for the 2023 running of the
Summer X Games at the Ventura
County Fairgrounds, July 22-23.
Three Moto X events highlighted
this year's action with Best Trick,
Best Whip and QuarterPipe High
Air.
Moto X Best Trick kicked off
the two-wheeled lineup with
some never-before-seen tricks.
David Rinaldo, the 2019 Best
Trick winner, won the gold medal
with a variation of the Carolla.
The body varial trick hasn't been
seen since Chuck Carothers
debuted it in 2004 to win gold.
Jackson Strong completed a
world's first cliffhanger-front flip
for silver with fellow Australian
Jayo Archer doing a no-handed
double backflip for bronze.
Best Whip showed off a new
level of style as the riders com
