back on the opening few laps
of the first moto, forcing him
to tip-toe through the field on
12-round series, Lawrence has
already built an 18-point lead in
the 450MX Championship over
the new runner-up, Ferrandis.
Webb is another eight points
back.
250MX
The antithesis to the still-dec-
imated 450 field, the 250MX
class continues to
be exciting
and unpredictable. This week
saw another new moto winner
as Monster Energy Star Racing
Yamaha's Haiden Deegan took
top honors in the first race, but
Hunter Lawrence still managed
to clean up the overall. The
Honda HRC rider did exactly
what he did a week ago at the
2023 Hangtown Pro Motocross Highlights
Good starts put Justin
Cooper (32) up front
in both MX2 races for
second overall.
