After a slow start to Sat - urday night's main event, Webb picked things up near the half- way mark. Sexton's fall seemed to light the fire in Webb as he marched forward and passed for second place late in the race. He then capitalized on Tomac's last- lap mistake and got the Yamaha in his crosshairs. It was too little too late for Webb, though, as he settled for second, just 0.8 seconds back. He's now second in the overall standings. "I was right where I needed to be to have a good result," Webb said. Unfortunately for him, the main did not go well, and he had to pull out early. "Got an okay start," he said. "I was sitting in fourth when I landed awkwardly on my thumb; I could barely hang on. Disappointing, but I'm happy with my speed."
