a dominating performance at Loretta Lynn's.

T
he 32nd running of the
AMA Amateur National
Motocross Championship
at Loretta Lynn's Ranch will be
remembered for many reasons
but none more so than the stellar
performances put forth by rising
stars Matt Bisceglia (pronounced
"bi-shell-ya") and Aaron Plessinger. Between the two, they com-
bined for 11 moto wins and four
class championships, the only
blemish on either of one their records was a second-moto runnerup position by Bisceglia in the 250
A class, which ended his personal moto win streak at 15, including
the 12 motos he won the week
before at Ponca City. Bisceglia's
two championships came in the
very competitive Open Pro Sport
and 250 A divisions, while Plessinger's gold medals came in the
250 and 450 B Limited divisions,
where he went 6-0.
Not only did Bisceglia come
away with two titles, he was also
presented with the prestigious
AMA Horizon Award, an honor
given to the rider showing the
