"It was just who could go
faster for the rest of that second
moto," Sexton said. "I think we
kept dropping lap times, and I
think my best lap was with two
laps to go. It will be a battle,
and I'm bummed to lose the red
plate, but there's definitely a lot
of racing left."

NO CHEF IN THE
KITCHEN
Levi Kitchen was missing in action this
weekend after a crash in practice re-
sulted in a broken wrist. He opted for
a quick surgery but no word on when
he will return.
RESTART
Not too often do we see a red-flag
restart in motocross racing, but two
big crashes in the second 250cc
moto forced the officials to pull the
plug. Thomas Welch, Stilez Robertson
and Jalek Swoll were involved in the
incidents and did not line up for the
restart. No serious injuries have been
reported.
MAKE A WISH
Motocross fan Isaak Gonzalez got
his wish granted this weekend as the
Make A Wish Foundation teamed up
with MX Sports to give the Gonzalez
family all-access passes to the Spring
Creek National.
