man, around mid-distance.
Mees dropped back to sixth
and into the clutches of Daniels.
There he proved to be the first in
a long string of riders the rookie
ace would somehow find a path
by until Daniels eventually sur-
faced in second.
Beach was already nearly five
seconds up the road at that point,
so that's where Daniels' charge
would end, cementing the Esten-
son Racing Yamaha 1-2.
After finally earning that long-
awaited first oval win, Beach said,
"The track was real rough, but the
day was real smooth. I felt good all

a 10th in the Mission Produc on Twins
main at the Red Mile—earned a come-
from-behind win at Laconia. He said, "It
was awesome. I fast qualified, which was
cool. It was the second me I'd done that
this year. I got second in my semi, and we
had a li le clutch issue, but we got that
straightened out. I paced myself in the
Main and got it done in the end. I actu-
ally se led into second about halfway
through, but I saw Jesse bobble and I
was like, 'Man, I can win this thing,' so I
pushed hard and got it done. Now I want
to keep the momentum going heading
into Lima."

as possible. Lowe was strong again at
Laconia, finishing second to claim his fi h
career podium result. He said, "We're
making strides forward every week and
I'm learning new things. I hope to con-
nue ge ng on the podium, that's the
goal every week. Looking ahead to Lima,
I grew up racing on cushion tracks, that's
what I started off. I should do really well
there. I'm going to go do some tes ng in
the next week. It's going to be a real racey
track, so everybody be er be in shape."
