underestimating anybody. I'm
excited to just be out there rac-
ing with everybody and see what
we can do."
Ian Harrison, Red Bull KTM
Team Manager, said, "We
couldn't be more excited to
have Ryan joining us for the
first two rounds of the AMA
Pro Motocross Championship.
He's a world-class rider who
has obviously achieved many
great successes throughout his
career and it's great to see him
having so much fun riding the
bike. Ryan is a true competitor at
heart so we are happy to support
his desire to line up on the gate
this summer and we look forward
to seeing what he can do."
And KTM might have some
more surprises on tap. There's
been talk that former World
Champion Jeffery Herlings
might be coming to America,
too, depending on his injured
heel, which has kept him from
participating in this year's MXGP
season so far. Word has it that
Herlings is back on the bike,
but will the Dutchman be ready
in time for the opening round of
the AMA series later this month?
That's the big question. If it's
good, we might see him racing
in the U.S. this summer.
It could be a crowded place
under the Red Bull KTM awning
this summer, with Aaron Pless-
inger set to return along with
Cooper Webb—if Webb com-
petes, as there's been talk in the
pits that Webb might sit out the
outdoors, which would be yet
another surprise from Austria.
Marvin Musquin, however, we
know won't be racing because of
his new Supercross-only con-
tract with the team. But, for now,
we do know Dungey will be join-
ing Plessinger, Webb and Cairoli
at KTM for at least the opening
two rounds. Depending on how
those two races pan out and
how things unfold at the Orange
camp, perhaps Dungey will go
the whole distance.

As of now, Dungey will
join Antonio Cairoli, Aaron
Plessinger and Cooper Webb
at the start of the outdoors at
Pala later this month. But this
lineup could change.
