A good star t is what h elped Cable in the fir st m o to and h e wa s able to maintain the lead a head of Peterso n and Turner with G ary Jones ru n n ing fourt h . Cable did not get the sa me great start in the fin a l mota and this time Todd Peterso n go t the j ump on the pack. T u rner was in second a nd holdin g back Cable. Peterso n took a seco nd in th e first rno to, and if he wo n the final moto, he had th e ove ra ll money cli nch ed .
