T hey fight it out each nigh t in the 125 junior class and for these two Kurt beat out Hugh with only o ne sligh t exception. In the short track, they both got beat by AI Wood w ho ha d just been in fo rmed by short trac k Stewa rd, Len Vestal, that it was tim e: to ma ke the cha nge . • Al did n ' t get right with it in th e heat an d made t he t ran sfer.
