Expert class winner T e rry O tton , who ex cels on sh ort, sho rt tracks, rode co nse rva tive ly holding to the inside line with Dan Davies and then Randv Booth taking turns at second p lace.' Kenneth Scott led the 360 Novice race all the way with a co ntest go ing on for fourth with R alp h Cox chal lenging Fre d S im pso n a nd th en Mik e Bog d o n vich m ovin g up to take fourth on th e last lap. In a fast movin g 2 00 Novice final won by Sco tt , Correi ra, D avid Quigley m oved in to seco nd early in the race, th en Victor Hard e r moved fro m fourth to secon d . Bob Whiting took the lead fro m Jim Palm e r to win t he 175 Novice final. T he 1 2 5 Novice fi n a l was co m petitive with Bryan Russ leading the early lap s an d finishing third with a pair of riders fro m Calist oga, Mike Parr and J ohn Ge rhard t being ass u red of firs t an d second o n the las t lap wh en Craig Van D ale mi ssed a shift.
