(Above) Hahn was impressive in his
first race back since an injury.

onto the 450 podium.
little bit tight, I just couldn't get
around guys where I wanted
to," Tomac said. "The guys have
more energy, too, so everyone
is more fresh, everyone is going
harder and harder and harder. I
just did what I could do to get to
fifth and that was kind of all that

first moto.
Monster Energy/Pro Circuit
Kawasaki's Darryn Durham, who
fell in the first moto, snatched the
lead away from Hahn in the second moto, after Hahn grabbed his
second-consecutive holeshot,
and it looked like the stage was
set for the first 1-1 performance
for Baggett of 2013 as he pulled
in behind his teammate out front,
but Durham was game.
Durham got below 2:02 on
laps five and six while Baggett
struggled to find a place to pass
his teammate cleanly, but they
were pulling away from the field,
so perhaps Baggett didn't think
he needed to be in too much of a
hurry and hoped Durham would
fade.
Durham did fade into the
2:03s on lap nine, but that was
still fast enough to match the
quickest laps from Roczen or
Musquin during the moto. What
they couldn't have counted on
was Tomac. Tomac again suffered a terrible start, and at the
halfway point, he had just moved
around Hahn and into third place
seemingly miles behind the two
Pro Circuit racers.
Once in third with a relatively clear track in front of him,
