Carver seemed to be able to take
control whenever he wanted, but
the race remained close. Mees took
the lead on lap 19 with Carver and
Robinson right on his tail, Bauman
was just off the pace in fourth.
When the white flag met the pack,
Carver was dropping off the pace
and quickly fading. Robinson tried
to make the patented last-lap draft
pass but came up just 0.04 of a
second short. Bauman was a solid

Jeffrey Carver had a good weekend
until his bike let go, leaving him to coast
across the finish line in 11th on Sunday.
Saturday, he finished third.
