A s one KTM repr esenta tive pointed out , " For the first time, the 25 0SX has its ow n m otor designed strictly for motocross, no longer is it an E/XC m otor ma de to run on the tra ck. T h e SX and E/ XC m ot or s ha v e been developed independent of each other." T h e 250S X ' s cy li nder is al l n ew , designed from scratc h j ust for this bik e. It has a lighter piston and new ignition c urve , as well , an d we ca n say from ex perie nce t hat th e 25 0S X run s rea l well .
