In the Up The Hill Junior class , Honda -mounted J ust in Jensen not ched a win ahead of Ryan Thompson, Matt Crawford and Devin Watson. Co nnaghan got the jump o n t h e field at the start of m oto two , and he enj oy ed th e lime light for several laps unti l Leach capi tali zed on an error by Conn aghan and took th e lead and m ain t ain ed it t o th e fi ni sh . Craw ford hel d off advances from Thompson and Jensen to pick up a wi n in the Junior portion, which earned the Suzuki rid er the overall win , ahead of Thompson , Jensen, Devin Watson and Huege . Rookstool 's day of domination showcased his except ional talents before a large ga llery of spectators , many of whom had never before seen th e 12 -year-o ld in ac tion . Rookstool went a perfect fou r for four with his 80cc ( 12- 13) and Supermini w ins , w ith on ly Ryan Hu eg e and Mason Watso n able to keep th e sou thern Oregon speedster in sight. Devin Watson darted out in front of t he large field of 125cc Junior con tes tant s at the start of moto one , and th e Suzuki rider lock int o that po si tion from st art to fi nis h, foll owed by Craw fo rd, J ensen and Thompson.
