Th e sta rt ar ea is com pl etely fenc ed , banne red and gro omed . Th e 40-r id er st art ga te is a work of art. The ob stacles are well -thought -out and saf e. T he 1.5 ·mile co u rse has an ex ce lle nt mix of both hi gh- and low -speed sections, allow ing for good racing at al l sk ill lev els.
