Eric Geboers, who had already clinched the title and had earlier announced this would be the last race of his career, went out with the overall win. He traded moto wins with Rick Johnson. Mike Kiedrowski took the 125cc-class win... Scott Parker won the Indy Mile for the fifth time... We covered the grand opening of the Motorcycle Heritage Museum.
